Only homes with an active shared-housing permit and a free bed appear in search. When you book, your tenancy is registered on Ejari from day one.

Safe from inspections

The home is permitted and within its occupancy limit, so you won't be moved out after an inspection.

Proof of address

A registered tenancy you can use for your visa, bank account and utilities.

Good to know

Is FindMyHome a landlord or property manager?

No. We are a software platform. Licensed owners and authorised companies lease the rooms; we give them the tools to do it legally and keep the official record accurate.

Can tenants sublet rooms on FindMyHome?

No. Under Law No. 4 of 2026 only owners and authorised companies may lease shared housing. We never list tenant-to-tenant sublets or unpermitted partitions.

Can I book a bed for one night?

Yes, but only from operators who also hold a holiday home permit from Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism. Monthly and long-term stays are registered on Ejari.

What happens to my personal data?

We ask for your consent before anything is shared, sign you in with UAE Pass, host data in the UAE and share it only with the authorities that need it. We never sell resident data.

When can I use it?

We are preparing a pilot with licensed operators. Operators can register interest now; residents can explore the demo.
